In a Word . . . Thanks

When we decided we wanted to help the wonderful community of Fountain Hills by bringing in quality health care services, we knew we were taking a risk. Would the residents be receptive? Would we grow our patient base enough to really accomplish what we want? Could we really convince those who live in Fountain Hills to give us a try?

Fast-forward 2½ years, and we can hardly believe how much has happened and how much we’ve grown. Our staff of top-rated doctors and nurses is kept happily busy in our three departments. We’ve met, and developed great relationships with, so many neighbors from this area and surrounding communities. We’ve been able to expand the realm of services we offer to provide care to more people.

In this season of giving thanks, we want to list some of the reasons we have to be so very thankful.

  • We’ve been honored to serve the community in many ways outside of providing medical care. We’ve had the pleasure to support several non-profit organizations including those involved with local education, food banks, native reservation services, and other charities.
  • Expanding our selection of available healthcare services to include telehealth earlier this year was an important accomplishment. We’re so thankful to provide meaningful medical support to those in all Arizona cities, those unable to come to our medical center due to a wide range of limitations, and those who feel more comfortable in a virtual setting. And because telehealth is a cash-only service, you don’t need health insurance to utilize this valuable health care modality.
  • We are now able to offer fast, reliable 911 ambulance service to those in Fountain Hills and surrounding communities. One reason we’re so excited about this is that we never want a lack of transportation to be a barrier to accessing needed emergency care. We feel that offering Fountain Hills ambulance service enables us to offer a more complete continuum of care.
  • It takes a lot to operate an emergency room 24/7, as well as an urgent care clinic and primary care clinic, and it’s thanks to our tireless, wonderful medical team that we personally care for each and every face that comes in our doors.
  • The range of conditions we help with is vast. From broken bones, to infusion therapies, to chronic care management, to nutrition and weight management services, to chest pain, strokes and heart attacks, to snake bites and much more – Fountain Hills Medical Center really is a medical one-stop-shop for Fountain Hills and surrounding communities.

As we care for the residents of this community throughout this holiday season, we’ll continue to be thankful for every patient, every family member or friend who comes in to support their loved one, every consultation, and every opportunity to improve the wellbeing of Fountain Hills.

Thank you for giving us a chance 2½ years ago, thank you for making the effort to get to know us, thank you for your support, and thank you in advance for many years yet to come helping this community.
